How do I get a quote?
Once your enquiry has been answered by phone, email, or both, we will arrange a site visit to measure your space and discuss your plans for the new furniture in detail, including all available options.
Following this visit, we will provide you with a comprehensive and detailed quotation.
If you decide to proceed, your project will be scheduled for the next available production slot. A 20% deposit will be required at this stage. Once the deposit has been received, we will prepare detailed drawings of your furniture for your review.
You will have the opportunity to request any changes to the design, and we will revise the drawings until you are completely happy and give final approval.
What type of bespoke furniture do you provide?
We specialise in built-in and bespoke furniture, including fitted wardrobes and cupboards, custom wardrobes, built-in shelving, alcove cupboards and wardrobes, made-to-measure TV units, bookshelves, under-stairs storage solutions, fitted cabin and loft beds, as well as bespoke storage benches and window seats.
What is the lead time?
We take pride in our efficiency and punctuality. We understand that our clients want their furniture built and installed as quickly as possible, with minimal disruption, and this is something we strive to deliver on every project. Depending on the size and complexity of the work, we aim to begin and complete each project within an agreed timeframe, while keeping the workspace clean and tidy throughout.
What materials do you use?
We predominantly use MDF when crafting bespoke furniture due to its durability and versatility. This engineered material is resistant to cracking and warping and has a smooth, consistent surface, making it ideal for sanding, priming, and hand-painting. Unlike natural timber, MDF has no knots, ensuring a flawless finish in the final piece.
